As a crew leader you are the face of the organization speaking to customers. You ensure quality on every job, so you must care about attention to detail, drive work vehicles safely, and communicate with the manager AND manage your technician's. It's not a tough task after you graduate from our training program!
Graduates from the training program receive a sizeable bonus as their reward for showing up & buying in!
Must have a friendly attitude, sharp appearance, lots of room for growth and development! If you want to own your own small business one day, come learn with us! Must be able to lead and be led!
What we do:
- Residential and Commercial Window Cleaning (no repelling or skyscrapers)
- Pressure Washing
- Gutter Cleaning
- Holiday Lights (Nov- Jan)

Who You Are: A professional with our customers, a leader for your technician and a positive member of the Shine team!
What You Do: Ensure Shine services are carried out appropriately and customer satisfaction is met daily!
What we provide: Paid training. Vehicles, shirts, hats, and all the equipment you will need.
Other perks: Efficiency bonuses, tips, customer service bonuses
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
