Job Summary:
Reporting to the COO, this role is a critical leader in the success and growth of our business. You’ll lead teams of Shine crew leaders and technicians each day working to ensure excellent quality, customer service, safety and timeliness of your teams. You’ll also work with customers to engage them in the opportunity for our business, work to set up appointments, and schedule your teams to perform our service at the customer’s house or business. You’ll have the flexibility to perform your role behind a desk and out in the community. Many Shine Business Development Managers across the country choose this role for its career potential.

Responsibilities
- Leading the crews with a morning meeting
- Responding to emails, phone calls and voicemails from customers and leads
- Estimating projects and jobs and quoting
- Outside and inside sales; Networking
- Scheduling jobs
- Communicating with staff throughout the day
- Daily/weekly/monthly planning and reporting
- Meeting with customers at homes and businesses
- Keeping a clean and orderly warehouse and office
- Maintaining a safe work environment
- Living out the core values
- Financial reporting
- Other tasks as assigned by COO and Owner
What we do:
- Commercial and residential window cleaning
- Pressure washing and soft washing
- Roof washing
- Gutter cleaning
- Holiday lighting
- Permanent landscape lighting
Compensation: $60,000.00 per year
