Shine is a growing service business that serves the Franklin, TN and surrounding areas by providing:
- Residential and Commercial Window cleaning (no hi-rise work)
- Gutter cleaning
- Pressure and Soft washing
- Roof cleaning
- Holiday lighting
- Landscape and low voltage lighting

Technician is our entry-level position that is trained to perform all services and function as a supporting role to a Crew leader. Crews typically operate as 2-person team.
Job requirements:

- Physically fit and able to carry, set up, climb, and work from 20-32' extension ladders regularly
- Eye for small details, and be self-critical of your work and strive for perfection
- Care for and maintain company-supplied vehicle, tools, and equipment
- Deliver excellent customer service in all situations
- Strong ethical and moral values
- Pass criminal history check and drug screen
- Work outside in all seasons - hot and cold weather.
- Valid driver's license with good history
- Arrive prepared and on time every day
Pay and benefits:
- Base hourly rate
- Daily performance bonus available

- 40 hrs paid vacation after 90 days

Compensation: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
