This holiday season, we are expanding our team to bring festive cheer to our customers with our top-notch Christmas lighting installations.
Position Overview: We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Christmas Lighting Installers to join our team for the upcoming holiday season. As a Christmas Lighting Installer, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently installing holiday lights and decorations at residential and commercial properties. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, have a keen eye for detail, and take pride in delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install holiday lighting and decorations on residential and commercial properties, including roofs, trees, shrubs, and other structures.
- Safely use ladders, lifts, and other equipment to reach installation areas.
- Ensure all installations are secure, weather-resistant, and meet safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and fix any issues with lighting displays.
- Communicate with clients to ensure their vision is realized and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist with the takedown and storage of lights and decorations after the holiday season.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in lighting installation, landscaping, construction, or similar field is preferred but not required.
- Must be willing and able to do work with ladders and on roofs.
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
Compensation:
- Weekly Pay
- Both commission and hourly rates (whichever is higher in a given day)
- Bonuses: last year a PS5 was given to best installer for the season
- Last year, each installer earned between $1,250-$2,500 per week during Christmas lighting season
Compensation: $1,000.00 - $2,500.00 per week
