Role Description:
As a Crew Leader at Shine of Tysons, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that every job is completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. You’re the face of Shine in our customers' homes, and your leadership is key to our success. Your Role (Responsibilities):
- Lead with Excellence: Every morning, you’ll meet with the team to set the day’s goals and inspire your crew to deliver their best. You’re not just their leader—you’re their coach.
- Build Trust with Customers: Before starting each job, you’ll personally meet the homeowner to understand their expectations and ensure we’re delivering an outstanding experience. Your professionalism and care will make all the difference.
- Ensure Quality Service: Whether it’s window cleaning, gutter cleaning, or pressure washing, you’ll oversee the work to guarantee that every service meets Shine’s high standards.
- Communicate with Customers: On your way to the job, you’ll call customers to let them know you’re on the way, providing peace of mind and setting expectations.
- Recommend Additional Services: As you inspect the property, you’ll suggest any additional services that could further enhance the customer’s home. This shows that you’re not just completing a job—you’re looking out for your customer’s best interests.
- Maintain Safety & Professionalism: You’ll ensure that all safety protocols are followed, both for your crew and the customer’s property. Your attention to detail and care will set Shine apart.

Complete with Pride: After finishing the job, you’ll walk through the completed work with the customer to ensure their satisfaction and process payments. You’ll end each day ensuring your vehicle is cleaned and prepped for tomorrow.
Who We’re Looking For:
We’re not just looking for someone who can complete a job—we’re looking for someone who wants to make a difference in our community that also connects with our core values of excellence, positive energy, a deep commitment to serving others, putting safety first, and having fun.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a service-based industry preferred.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the home services industry (window cleaning, pressure washing, etc.) is a plus but not required. We provide all the training you need to succeed.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership abilities in a team environment, with a focus on motivation, team development, and customer satisfaction.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a background check.
- Must be comfortable working outside and with heights.
- Must have reliable transportation to the Shine office each day.
- Must be able to lift and carry a ladder (up to 30 pounds).
- Must enjoy working with people and providing exceptional service.
- Must want to work in a leadership capacity.
