What You’ll Do:

As the Commercial Business Development Lead, your primary focus will be developing and growing Shine of Tysons’ commercial client base, securing long-term partnerships, and customizing service solutions for businesses. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:

  • Develop Commercial Partnerships: Identify and engage potential commercial clients, building strong relationships and securing contracts with local businesses, property managers, and facility owners.
  • Customize Service Solutions: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored packages that include window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and seasonal services like holiday lighting for commercial properties.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Use your expertise to develop sales strategies that increase recurring revenue by at least 20%, with performance incentives tied directly to these outcomes.
  • Client Retention & Relationship Management: Ensure client satisfaction by overseeing service delivery, managing client communication, and maintaining strong relationships for repeat business and referrals.
  • Market Penetration: Research the market, assess competitive opportunities, and create strategies to capture more commercial business in Northern Virginia.
  • Represent Shine at Industry Events: Network and represent Shine of Tysons at local business events, trade shows, and community organizations, promoting Shine’s services to high-potential commercial clients.
What Success Looks Like:

In your first 12 months, you’ll be expected to:

  • Secure at least 10 high-value, long-term commercial contracts, contributing to a significant increase in Shine of Tysons’ recurring revenue stream.
  • Grow the commercial client base by 20%, focusing on property management companies, businesses, and multi-location commercial facilities.
  • Drive exceptional client satisfaction by providing top-tier service and building long-term relationships that lead to contract renewals and referrals.
  • Establish Shine of Tysons as a trusted commercial property care provider, building a reputation for delivering consistent, high-quality solutions in the business community.
What We Offer:

  • Competitive Base Salary & Performance Bonuses: Starting at $55,000 - $65,000, with substantial bonuses tied to the acquisition of new commercial clients and contract renewals.
