Key Responsibilities:
- Perform window cleaning, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning services with precision and care.
- Assist in the installation of holiday and landscape lighting.
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all job sites.
- Handle equipment responsibly and ensure proper maintenance and storage.
- Communicate professionally with customers, addressing their questions or concerns on-site.
- Work collaboratively with the crew leader and other team members to complete jobs efficiently.
- Assist with job site setup, breakdown, and cleanup.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in home services or similar industries is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Compensation: $750.00 - $1,200.00 per week
