This role is a great fit for high school and college students, but open to anyone who brings great energy and a strong work ethic.
What You’ll Be Doing

- Work outdoors with a team (no boring desk job here!)
- Clean windows at homes and businesses
- Interact with customers and deliver an amazing experience
- Ride in Shine vehicles to job sites (no wear & tear on your car!)
- Start and end your day with a supportive, fun crew
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and enjoy working with people
- Reliable transportation to get to the office
- Able to lift ladders (up to 50 lbs)
- Comfortable with heights
- Enjoy working outside and staying active
