Shine of Cincinnati is one of the fastest-growing exterior services companies in the area — and we are looking for motivated, hard-working individuals to join our team this summer.
No experience needed — we will train you! After a 2-week paid training period, you’ll be eligible for commission and performance bonuses.
What You’ll Do:
- Work with experienced crews to perform pressure washing and window cleaning on residential & commercial properties
- Use professional equipment — we’ll teach you everything you need to know
- Get paid to be active, work outdoors, and learn valuable skills
- Deliver great service to customers and represent Shine with professionalism
- Help keep equipment and trucks in top shape
- Opportunity to move into leadership roles if you stay long-term
Who We’re Looking For:
✅ Recent high school or college grads (or current students on break)
✅ Hard-working and dependable — show up on time and ready to go
✅ Willing to learn new skills and take pride in quality work
✅ Comfortable working outdoors and being physically active
✅ Comfortable on ladders and working at heights
✅ Driver’s license is a plus (not required, but preferred)
✅ Open to staying long-term and growing with us (but short-term/summer workers welcome too!)

- $800–$1,200/week after training (base pay + commission & bonuses)
