Position Overview
We’re hiring motivated, reliable team members to join our Christmas Lighting Installation Crew for the 2025 season. You’ll help install, maintain, and remove professional holiday lighting on homes, trees, and commercial properties.
This is a fast-paced, team-oriented role that rewards attention to detail, safety, and craftsmanship. If you enjoy working outdoors and creating beautiful results, this is the perfect opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Safely install holiday lighting and décor on roofs, trees, and landscaping.
- Use ladders, lifts, and other equipment as needed (training provided).
- Maintain organization of materials and tools on the job site.
- Work efficiently with your crew to complete each project on time.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent Shine with professionalism.
- Assist with lighting takedown and storage after the season.
Requirements
- Must be comfortable working on ladders and rooftops (safety training provided).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in varying weather.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or similar work is a plus—but not required.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic are a must.

Compensation: $750.00 - $1,200.00 per week
