What You’ll Do
- Perform professional window cleaning (interior & exterior)
- Pressure wash concrete, siding, decks, and other surfaces
- Learn proper chemical use, equipment handling, and safety systems
- Work alongside experienced techs and crew leads
- Deliver high-quality work with speed and attention to detail
- Communicate professionally with customers on-site
- Maintain vehicles, tools, and job quality standards

What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and coachable mindset
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working outdoors and on ladders
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and handle physical work
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Experience is a plus — attitude and effort matter more
