- Start time: 7:00 AM sharp (reliability is essential)
- Schedule: Weekdays. Occasional Saturdays during busy season.
- Pay: $18–$23/hour + performance bonuses
- Location: Report to the Shine office daily
If a consistent early start or physical work isn’t for you, this role will not be a fit.
What You’ll Do
What You’ll Do
- Meet your crew at 7:00 AM to prep for the day
- Ride in a company vehicle to homes and businesses
- Clean windows and perform exterior services
- Work outdoors, on ladders, and at heights
- Interact professionally with customers
- Represent a clean, professional brand in high-end neighborhoods
- Return to the office each day with your team
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and willingness to do physical labor
- Comfortable working outside and at heights
- Able to lift and carry ladders (up to 30 lbs)
- Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
- Positive attitude and coachable mindset
- Reliable transportation to work

This is a customer-facing role. We maintain clear, professional standards:
• Must arrive to work fully alert and substance-free (No marijuana or other substances before or during work. You must not smell like marijuana.)
• Professional appearance required — clean, groomed, and customer-ready at all times
• Tattoos must be appropriate for a customer-facing role (some may need to be covered)
• Background check required — no violent criminal historyIf any of the above is a concern, this role will not be the right fit.What You Get
