Shine of Carmel is a fast-growing exterior home services company specializing in window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and specialty services. We’re building a high-standard team that takes pride in quality work, strong systems, and real career growth.

What You’ll Do
- Clean exterior and interior windows on residential and light commercial properties
- Perform pressure washing on driveways, patios, siding, and other exterior surfaces
- Set up ladders, hoses, surface cleaners, and safety equipment properly
- Communicate professionally with customers on job sites
- Follow Shine’s systems, checklists, and quality standards
- Work efficiently as part of a crew (or lead jobs as you grow)
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, punctual, and coachable
- Comfortable working outdoors and on ladders
- Good attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet all day
- Valid driver’s license (clean driving record preferred)
- Experience is a plus, but not required — we train the right people
