Want a job where you can work outdoors, stay active, and help bring the holiday spirit to life? At Shine, you'll work with a great team installing professional Christmas and holiday lighting displays at homes and businesses throughout the area.
You'll learn valuable skills, work at different locations, and get to see the results of your hard work light up the neighborhood!
No experience necessary. We'll pay you while we train you. We're looking for dependable people with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
What You'll Get

$17/hour starting pay with advancement to $18/hour typically within 60–90 days as you complete training and develop your skills

What a Typical Day Looks Like
Your day starts at our Shine office at 7:30 AM with a quick team meeting. From there, you'll head out with a teammate in a Shine vehicle to customers' homes and businesses.
You'll learn to install professional holiday lighting displays on rooflines, trees, shrubs, and other outdoor features, helping transform homes and businesses for the holiday season.
You'll work with ladders, lighting equipment, and your teammates to create beautiful displays while providing a great experience for our customers.
Most days wrap up around 4:00 PM, although finish times vary depending on the day's schedule. Our goal is generally to have everyone back by 5:00 PM.

- Can lift and carry ladders up to 30 pounds
