About the Role
We’re hiring for temporary, full-time installers for the holiday season. You’ll work as part of a two-person crew installing Christmas lights on residential and commercial properties. This is seasonal work, but strong performers may be offered a permanent, year-round position on our window cleaning, power washing, and outdoor lighting team.

Responsibilities
- Install holiday lighting on rooflines, gutters, trees, and landscaping
- Safely set up, move, and work from extension ladders
- Keep your supplies and tools organized throughout the day
- Work with your crew partner to complete jobs efficiently and to a high standard
- Interact professionally with customers on site
Qualifications
- Comfortable working at heights and on rooftops with proper safety equipment
- Experience with extension ladders or roofing preferred
- Able to lift 80 lbs and work outdoors in all temperatures
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Schedule
- Monday-Saturday, 7:30am start time at our office in Spring Hill. Crews travel to jobsites in Company vehicles.

Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
