This is a hands-on position that's perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, being outdoors, and making a difference.
You'll play an important role in helping our crews spend more time serving customers while keeping our equipment, vehicles, and marketing efforts running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing
- Deploying and tracking yard signs throughout Northern Virginia in approved locations
- Delivering marketing materials and door hangers
- Running supply and equipment errands
- Cleaning, organizing, and restocking company vehicles
- Helping prepare Holiday Lighting materials and equipment
- Keeping our shop and storage areas clean and organized
- Assisting with inventory and basic equipment checks
- Supporting field crews with approved ground-level tasks as needed
- Helping with other daily operations that keep our team productive
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- Is dependable, punctual, and takes initiative
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Is organized and pays attention to details
- Can follow instructions and work independently
- Communicates clearly and honestly
- Is comfortable with physical work and outdoor conditions
- Has a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record for driving duties
- Can safely lift and carry supplies and equipment, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Takes pride in doing things the right way
No window cleaning or Holiday Lighting experience required. We'll provide training for assigned tasks!
