This is a seasonal position running approximately October through January, with significant overtime opportunities during our busiest months. We are especially interested in applicants with previous professional Christmas/holiday lighting installation experience, although candidates with strong experience in roofing, exterior services, landscaping, construction, or other ladder-intensive trades are encouraged to apply.

For the right person, there may be an opportunity to transition into a long-term position with our company after the holiday season.

Availability during the heart of the Christmas season is extremely important. We're looking for people who understand that this is a short, busy season and are ready to work hard and take advantage of the overtime while it's available.

Potential for Long-Term Employment

Our immediate need is for the October–January holiday lighting season, so applicants should consider this a seasonal position.

However, Shine is a year-round exterior cleaning company providing window cleaning, pressure washing, and other exterior services throughout Southwest Florida.

Exceptional employees—especially those with previous holiday lighting, window cleaning, pressure washing, or exterior-service experience—may be considered for a permanent position after the holiday season.

Long-term employment is not guaranteed, but we're always interested in keeping great people who fit our team and can contribute to our other services.
