Compensation: Competitive hourly + performance-based bonuses

Lead Handling:
Answer incoming calls, respond to new leads via text/email/phone, and manage communication within our CRM and messaging platforms (Podium, Housecall Pro, Bpro).

Estimating:
Use our estimate templates and quoting software to prepare and send estimates to customers. Ensure accurate job scoping by communicating with the sales/ops team.

Scheduling:
Coordinate crew schedules, confirm appointments, and ensure all jobs are properly routed and prepped.

Customer Communication:
Send reminders, confirmations, and follow-ups. Handle inbound customer questions or issues with professionalism and warmth.

Invoicing & Payment:
Generate and send invoices, track payment status, and follow up as needed.

Team Support:
Keep things organized behind the scenes. Update lead tags, maintain customer records, and support reporting and KPI tracking.
- Strong communicator who can multitask and stay organized
- Confident using software tools like Google Sheets, CRMs, and messaging apps
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, seasonal business
- Experience in customer service, admin, or sales support preferred
- Bonus: Familiarity with Housecall Pro, Podium, Bpro, or Zapier
